By placing an order with MUSE BRND, you agree to the following terms:

Order Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Processing + Shipping

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

• Estimated carrier delivery: 3–5 business days

• Processing times may increase during product launches or holidays

Tracking is sent via email once shipped.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the product description.

Customers acknowledge pre-orders may require up to 45 additional business days unless otherwise noted.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MUSE BRND is not liable for packages once transferred to the carrier.

If Route Protection is purchased → claims must be filed with Route.

If not → a carrier claim is required before contacting support.

Failure to file a claim may result in denial of assistance.

 

International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

• Import duties

• Taxes

• Customs clearance fees

These charges are non-refundable, including refused shipments.
