Returns:

All sales are FINAL. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS! By purchasing with MUSE BRND you are agreeing to our policies.

Exchanges:

To qualify for an exchange, you must initiate contact within 5 days of your delivery date. To request an exchange, email "support@musebrnd.com" with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email. 

Product must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. MUSE BRND reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. 

CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED IN THEIR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
