01  —  Order Terms

By placing an order with MUSE BRND, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

  Orders cannot be canceled once placed — we begin processing quickly after each order is received.

 All sales are final.

 

02  —  Processing & Shipping Times

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:

  Processing time: 5–7 business days from the date of your order.

 Estimated carrier delivery: 3–5 business days once shipped.
 A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Processing times may be extended during product launches, high-volume periods, or holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 

03  —  Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are a great way to secure items before they’re available. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the following:

  Pre-orders are fulfilled within the timeframe stated on the product description page.

 Unless otherwise noted, pre-orders may require up to 45 additional business days to fulfill.
 Timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change. Any significant updates will be communicated via email.

 

04  —  Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, MUSE BRND is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed. 

 If you purchased Route Package Protection:

 All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with Route.
 Visit Route’s claims portal or refer to your Route confirmation email to get started.

 

If you did not purchase Route Package Protection:

 A claim must be filed directly with the carrier before contacting our support team.
 Failure to file a carrier claim may result in denial of assistance from MUSE BRND.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

 

05  —  International Orders

We’re happy to ship internationally — however, please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional charges upon arrival that are outside of our control.

As the customer, you are solely responsible for:

 Import duties
 Taxes
 Customs clearance fees

 

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases where a shipment is refused. Refused international shipments will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping costs.

 

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order to avoid any unexpected fees upon delivery.
