At MUSE BRND, select items are offered on a pre-order basis to allow us to produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and deliver the highest quality garments possible. Please read the following policy carefully before completing a pre-order purchase.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is not in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production and will ship once manufacturing is complete.
Estimated production & fulfillment timeframe:
4–6 weeks from the date the pre-order closes (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Payment & Order Processing

Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-order items.

Pre-orders are processed immediately and entered into production shortly after purchase.

Because production begins promptly, pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Shipping & Delivery

Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by production variables beyond our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility.
Production Variations & Final Product
Due to the nature of garment production, the final product may differ slightly from photos shown online. These differences may include, but are not limited to:

Color variations

Fabric wash or texture

Hardware or trim placement

Stitching or fit refinements
These variations are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
Studded, Embellished & Specialty Items
Items featuring studs, hardware, stone wash finishes, or specialty embellishments require extra care.

Studs and embellishments are applied individually and may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Light movement of embellishments is natural and does not indicate a defect.

Proper care must be taken when wearing, storing, and handling these items.
Please refer to individual product care instructions for best results.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All pre-order purchases are considered final sale.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted on pre-order items.

This includes delays within the stated production window.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SUPPORT@MUSEBRND.COM with clear photos for review.
Shipping Responsibility & Protection
Once your order leaves our facility, MUSE BRND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping protection at checkout.

If shipping protection is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it is handed off to the carrier.
Agreement to Terms
By placing a pre-order with MUSE BRND, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy in full.
