This garment has undergone a stone wash and distressing process to achieve its unique look. At MUSE BRND, select items are offered on a pre-order basis to allow us to produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and deliver the highest quality garments possible. Please read the following policy carefully before completing a pre-order purchase.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is not in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production and will ship once manufacturing is complete.

Estimated production & fulfillment timeframe:

4–6 weeks from the date the pre-order closes (unless otherwise stated on the product page). 

Payment & Order Processing

  • Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-order items.

  • Pre-orders are processed immediately and entered into production shortly after purchase.

  • Because production begins promptly, pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by production variables beyond our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility.

 

Production Variations & Final Product

Due to the nature of garment production, the final product may differ slightly from photos shown online. These differences may include, but are not limited to:

  • Color variations

  • Fabric wash or texture

  • Hardware or trim placement

  • Stitching or fit refinements

These variations are normal and expected and are not considered defects.

Studded, Embellished & Specialty Items

Items featuring studs, hardware, stone wash finishes, or specialty embellishments require extra care.

  • Studs and embellishments are applied individually and may vary slightly from piece to piece.

  • Light movement of embellishments is natural and does not indicate a defect.

  • Proper care must be taken when wearing, storing, and handling these items.

Please refer to individual product care instructions for best results.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All pre-order purchases are considered final sale.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted on pre-order items.

  • This includes delays within the stated production window.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SUPPORT@MUSEBRND.COM  with clear photos for review.

Shipping Responsibility & Protection

Once your order leaves our facility, MUSE BRND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping protection at checkout.

  • If shipping protection is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it is handed off to the carrier.

Agreement to Terms

By placing a pre-order with MUSE BRND, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy in full.

Returns:

All MUSE BRND purchases are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed from MuseBrnd.com, we are unable to accommodate or honor any cancellations or refunds of purchase, with NO EXCEPTIONS. All customers will adhere and are in agreement of the Returns Policy, by placing an order with MUSE BRND.

IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM(S), PLEASE EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@MUSEBRND.COM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY SO THAT WE CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU. PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM(S) MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS. PLEASE CLEARLY STATE IN YOUR EMAIL THAT YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL. YOU MAY ALSO USE OUR RETURNS LINK TO REPORT DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. 

 

Exchanges:

MUSE BRND honors exchanges specifically for sizing issues ONLY & if the requested size is available. ALL exchanges are required to be processed via the Exchange Request link HERE and will NOT be accepted via email. All exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. If the exchange request is accepted, all customers have 7 business days of the acceptance email to have the product(s) DELIVERED to our warehouse. ALL products(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear and contain the original
packaging to qualify. Any unaccepted returns post physical review will be returned to the customer with email notification detailing the reason and subject to the NO
EXCHANGE POLICY for future orders. MUSE BRND reserves the right to deny any
exchange request that does not meet our Exchange Policy. 

 

At MUSE BRND, we strive to process exchanges as efficiently as possible. Please note the following guidelines:


Standard Processing Time:
Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

 Extended Processing During Busy Seasons:
During peak times, such as holiday seasons, promotional periods, or new drops the exchange process may take up to 14 business days.

Communication Updates:
Once your exchange has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your updated order.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to serve you. For any questions or concerns regarding your exchange, please contact our support team.

Exchange Fees:


MUSE BRND will provide an Exchange Shipping Label utilizing the ship to address
affiliated with the original order & emailed to the email utilized to initiate the
Exchange Request. ALL customers have 5 BUSINESS DAYS to utilize the Exchange
Shipping Label and will be subject to void on the 6th BUSINESS DAY and subject to the NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

No Exchange Policy: 

MUSE BRND reserves the right to restrict any customer who does not properly
adhere to the Exchange Policy and or the Exchange Fees policy to the NO Exchange Policy, which allows said customer to only purchase MUSE BRND product(s) with NO opportunity to Exchange with NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 Store Credit: 


No Refunds
All purchases are final; we do not provide cash or credit card refunds.

Eligibility for Store Credit:
Items may be returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and receipts are included.

Issuance of Store Credit:
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code or store account balance. 
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

Exclusions:
- Sale items, gift cards, custom made products, and intimates are non-returnable with no exceptions.
